Potlatch 17

In 2008, Potlatch 17 kicks off Clarion West's 25th anniversary celebration. Many alumni and past instructors plan to be there, and we hope you'll join the festivities. The more the merrier! We'd­ love t­o ­see Clarion West alumni from our first sessions in the 1970s as well as from the more recent workshops (24 by then).

Potlatch 17 will be held February 29 - March 2, 2008 at the Hotel Deca, 4507 Brooklyn Avenue NE, Seattle, Washington, in the heart of the University District. (That's a familiar neighborhood for those who attended Clarion West in the 1970s or since 2003.) Programming will include live readings from Clarion West alumni. We'll have a hospitality suite with a jaw-dropping view and amusing refreshments, a banquet with edible and tasty food, and a bar with drinkable beer. The Clarion West annual meeting we're holding on Friday night is open to all, and it's followed by a reception honoring alumni, instructors, staff, and volunteers. The toad will attend.
